Chapter 2 - "the hospital"
We stopped at the first land we saw that had police they bored the ship and started asking people questions about that day. I just stood there. I couldn’t move I couldn’t talk it all just kept replaying in my mind. When a police officer came to take me away from the crime scene, I wouldn’t budge. They had to take me away to the hospital. I will never be the same again.
I awoke on a hospital bed I looked around and saw Mary, Ed, mom and dad. "MOM," Mary screamed. "Ed leave Em-" Mom stared to say but Mary interrupted, "No mom Emily is awake!" Mom quickly rushed over and softly rubbed her soft hands on my cheeks. Dad walked over and was about to cry but he held together and rubbed my arms.
Ed's cell phone rang but he didn't answer it. "It might be the band are you sure your going to answer it," I said after I few minutes. It made everyone chuckle especially Ed. He gathered himself and said, "Nah. You're more important." He said with a smiling face. Just then, the police and the doctor came in, show their badges to my family and me then closed the door.
"Alright I am going to need all of ya'll to leave the room please," Said an officer. They looked to me and I nodded. Guess I had to do this by myself and tell the police all that I had seen.
